Reviews and Ratings
My experience at this hotel was quite mixed. While the location is fantastic, just a short walk to the mall, the hotel itself felt poorly managed. The rooms were old and in need of renovation, and the service could be better organized. Unfortunately, breakfast was delayed and underwhelming, and the overall condition of the facilities left much to be desired.
I had a wonderful stay at this resort in Darjeeling. The staff provided a warm welcome, and the atmosphere genuinely felt like home. The views of Kanchanjunga were absolutely stunning. However, the dining experience fell short as the breakfast options were limited. Also, the hotel is quite old, which affects some aspects of the service and facilities.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The location is truly great, with easy access to the mall and surrounding areas. However, the service was not as expected and the room itself left much to be desired in terms of cleanliness and maintenance. While there were some positives, like the friendly staff, the overall condition of the facilities made the stay underwhelming.
The hotel has a prime location right across from Mahakal Temple, and the rooms are spacious and clean, which is a big plus. However, they seem to be struggling with maintenance as the washroom cleanliness needs improvement. The slow room service is frustrating, and some amenities could be better. Overall, it's a decent stay but has potential for improvement.
My experience at this hotel was quite mixed. The location was fantastic, just a short walk to the main market and offering beautiful valley views. However, the service left much to be desired, particularly when it came to housekeeping and room service. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, but some amenities felt a bit outdated.
