My experience at this hotel was quite mixed. While the location is fantastic, just a short walk to the mall, the hotel itself felt poorly managed. The rooms were old and in need of renovation, and the service could be better organized. Unfortunately, breakfast was delayed and underwhelming, and the overall condition of the facilities left much to be desired.
